Partner with our Family Success Team

Our program provides an opportunity for families not only to relieve the financial stress of child care, but also to partner with our Family Success Team to advance other important areas of their lives.

How our family success program works:

Family Success Advocates

Each CHS family receives a dedicated Family Success Advocate (FSA) to work with throughout their time at CHS. FSAs keep in close contact with families to identify any areas of support needed and connect them to helpful resources.

Bridge

Bridge to Family Success

Establishing goals is an important part of the CHS experience. Together, families and their FSA work to develop these goals. They also complete our Bridge to Family Success assessment to identify areas of support that could be helpful for the family and create a plan for reaching their goals.

Home
visits

FSAs and families have quarterly home visits where they discuss goal progress, children complete their developmental assessments, and FSAs provide tips on home learning and enrichment, house safety, and other areas of family support.

Resources & support

FSAs help connect families to resources and education experiences that will aid in their child’s education and in their own personal growth. From resources on parenting, child development, housing, employment, and health, to library access, weekend food support, basic supplies, and transportation to/from our centers, FSAs are here to help.

What we ask of our families

In order for this collaborative process to be successful, families must be committed to the CHS program. We ask that they:

  • Adhere to our year-round daily child attendance policy
  • Participate in family success planning
  • Adhere to our home visiting schedule
  • Engage in educational activities that help ensure meaningful outcomes
