Launch & Implementation Manager
The Launch & Implementation Manager, reporting to the Director of Standards and Implementation, will manage a team focused on ensuring high-quality, effective, and timely delivery of CHS Standards at new and operating Centers. This role is responsible for communicating expectations related to both strategic initiatives and operations tasks that will drive consistent, scalable, high-quality execution of launch plans across the CHS network of Centers. This individual supports the pre-and post-launch model that ensures standards, process, and systems are performed within CHS Centers to fidelity through oversight of a team of specialists positioned in CHS Centers. The Launch & Implementation Manager will develop systems for data collection, ensure reliable collection, and use data to distribute among stakeholders and inform quality assurance and Center opening improvements and success. The individual holding this position will have strong leadership skills, project management and technical fluency, and the ability to deliver exceptional outcomes under compressed timelines. As this is a highly interactive and visible role, the individual holding this position will have strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrate excellent planning and data fluency, and be able to build relationships across CHS to ensure operational alignment is achieved in an environment of trust and respect. The salary range for this position is $70,380 - $92,000 per year based on expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the Launch and Implementation Team, ensuring quality delivery and remediation for new and operating Centers
- Develops project timelines for new Center launches. Prepares, communicates, and monitors implementation of the actions contained within the plan to ensure consistent and timely achievement of related tasks
- Reviews and edits action plans related to the launch to address changes in policy, procedure or to meet specific location needs
- Communicates launch plan progress and barriers to Center and Central Office stakeholders
- In conjunction with Director of Standards & Implementation, develops auditing tools. Responsible for deploying resources to conduct audits and collect appropriate data for action and reporting
- Leverages internal and external data to inform operational start up planning and other process improvement initiatives in alignment with the Standards Manager
- Post launch, oversees the development of quality assurance and improvement plans and monitors along with Center leadership and the Implementation Specialist to ensure successful outcome of the plan
- Maintains an auditing schedule designed to drive the CHS model of continuous improvement. Coordinates the National evaluation and Local evaluation partners.
- Participates with department director in achieving the annual Strategic plan and Implementation plan goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or related field required. MBA, or Masters in Educational Leadership, or Management a plus
- 5+ years of experience in operations, organizational management, project management, quality assurance, or a related field
- Experience working in start-up environment or franchising of education or other business entities is strongly preferred
- Early childhood education experience preferred
- Working knowledge of analytics tooling and project management software, with the ability to guide technical teams, evaluate data workflows, and translate business requirements into
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support senior leadership and board of directors in the effective achievement of annual goals.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel under tight timelines
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional workflows involving data and analytics teams
- Ability to translate ambiguous, evolving requirements into structured processes and actionable plans
