PennLive: Milton Hershey School has $350 Million Plan to Build Free Early Learning Centers for At-risk Pa. Children

Today, PennLive published a story detailing Milton Hershey School and the Hershey Trust Company’s plans for the Early Childhood Education initiative (ECE Initiative). The Initiative will initially consist of up to six cost-free Early Childhood Resource Centers (ECRCs) in Pennsylvania for economically disadvantaged and at-risk children from birth to age 5.

The Catherine Hershey School for Early Learning Centers are subsidiaries of Milton Hershey School and will be staffed and operated independently of the Milton Hershey School core model.
