PennLive: Milton Hershey School has $350 Million Plan to Build Free Early Learning Centers for At-Risk Pa. Children

Today, PennLive published a story detailing Milton Hershey School and the Hershey Trust Company’s plans for the Early Childhood Education initiative (ECE Initiative). The Initiative will initially consist of up to six cost-free Early Childhood Resource Centers (ECRCs) in Pennsylvania for economically disadvantaged and at-risk children from birth to age 5.
